upgraded to ivtv 0.4.0
I upgraded to ivtv 0.4.0 on the mythtv machine today. For whatever reason(s), /dev/lirc has disappeared again and udev doesn’t seem to want to put it back. At least the myth backend is all working.

udev vs. lirc
I installed udev on the mythtv machine because I wanted /dev/dvd automagically handled, but in the process lost /dev/lirc.
