Submitted for your approval: an 8.5 ounce bag of Doritos “Natural” White Nacho Cheese chips, and a 1 pound bag of Whole Grain Fig Newtons. I’ve taken the liberty of multiplying the number of servings per container by the per-serving nutrition information (because sometimes you do eat the whole thing). Here are my results.

  • Total carbohydrates 153g
    • Dietary fiber 9g
    • Sugars “less than 9g” (based on “less than 1g” per serving)
  • Protein 18g
